Looking for festive things to do with your daughter this holiday season?
It’s the perfect opportunity for you to have a festive good time with your daughter! It’s the prime time to past down family traditions, to educate her on the reason for the season, to bond and make memories. It’s the most wonderful time of the year so why not schedule in some mother daughter time to do joyful things together. Building a powerful relationship with your daughter is very important and the number one way to do so is by spending quality time together one on one.
In just three short months my Niah will be eleven years old! She’s turning into such a mature young lady, I almost tear up just thinking about it. Being that she is at a very responsible and impressionable age, I want to fill her with great memories that she can hold on to for when she has a family of her own one day. I want her to associate the holidays with family, happiness, and rich traditions.
As a result, I’m always sure to carve out some time for just her and I. We love the men in our house but we love doing girly things, creating insiders, and cherishing what a mother daughter relationship should be.

I love the holidays just for doing creative things like these! Maylin and I have been trying to watch a Christmas movie together every night. She loves to bake so we may make some holiday treats before the season is over!
